The room was big & clean. The staff was accommodating. Just wish there was an ice machine on every floor. And the overnight concierge forgot to change our check out time. But overall it was a comfortable stay.

Definitely worth what the cost is. The staff makes up for anything the room lacks. If they go with ripping up the carpets for tile floors like other hotels are starting to do they will be in a good position. Other than that it's my secret getaway to a quiet paradise

Looks like a converted storage warehouse. Only 1 of 2 elevators went to our floor. You also had to send up the one that does not first so you can call the one that services our floor. We put "do not disturb" on the door but employees still came in. Guest are not allowed to bring food from the free breakfast to the rooms.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. Room was clean service was professional and no bed bugs or bites. We had breakfast there and it was good. I felt safe and that’s a great feeling. The older gentleman who works the night shift was funny. He said he might as well work nites because he can’t sleep nights and being that he’s up, he rather get Paid than Laid.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The hall way was hot and a musty smell. Old bathroom fixtures and walls definitely need to be done. Staff was nice. Only thing in the morning, when it's time to check out ,housekeeping cleaning other rooms but knocking and banging on walls really hard. It was very rude and annoying, especially at nine in the morning. The hotel is in an convenient spot, just need a lot of updates. Didn't know about the extra one hundred dollar deposit. Until I checked my account. Other, than that, it was an okay spot for a weekend get-away. I have been to other Comfort Inns and it has been very nice and updated. My trip was great ,just wish the room was a bit better.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and the hotel overall was clean. The hotel is in an area that takes minutes to get to a lot of stores and right across from Cracker Barrell. We also enjoyed the massage chairs. Overall we had a great stay.

David (I think was his name) at the front desk and the gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast were incredibly nice and great to deal with. They were about the best part of the hotel. The lobby was very clean and smelled nice however the second floor and our room smelled strongly like mold and mildew. Would give this 5 stars if the smell wasn’t so strong like it’s been like this for a while and management isn’t fixing it. The breakfast was plentiful and had decent options.
